Rules This is a great 5 nanosecond platoon structure game. Give an object to one person in each group platoon. You can use anything from a plastic bag to a scarf. In groups, each person is given an object and must demonstrate an indispensable use for it.

One at a time, someone has to step up to the front of the group and demonstrate a use for that object. The rest of the platoon must guess what the player is demonstrating. The protester can not speak and the demonstrations must be veritably original, conceivably crazy.

Rules Have everyone stand in a circle, facing each other platoon, shoulder to shoulder. Instruct everyone to put their right hand out and take a arbitrary hand from someone in front of them. also tell them to put their left hand out and take another arbitrary hand from a different person on the other side of the circle.

Within a set time limit, the group needs to unbind the knot of arms without releasing the hands.However, make several lower circles and have the separate groups contend, If the group is veritably large.

The Perfect Square

Time : 15 to 30 minutes

Number of participants: 5 – 20 people

Tools needed: Long piece of rope platoon tied together and a blindfold for each person

Rules: Ask your co-workers to stand in a circle holding a piece of rope. Then, instruct everyone to blindfold and place the rope on the floor. Ask everyone to walk a short distance from the circle. Then ask everyone to go back and try to form a square with the rope without removing the blindfolds. Set a time limit to make it more competitive. To make it even more difficult, instruct some team members to remain silent.

 Purpose : Focuses on strong communication and leadership skills. By instructing some team members to be silent, this game also requires an element of trust throughout the team, allowing team members to steer each other in the right direction.

Tools needed: Newspapers

Rules :To make the news platoon, you just need some newspapers, whiteboards, markers, pens and paper. Each team receives a newspaper and is asked to present different newspaper cover titles that tell what the company will do in the future. They can create as many as they want.

 Groups share their main ideas with the rest of the team platoon and receive feedback.

 Purpose : With this team-building exercise, you can stimulate creativity platoon and closely observe how your employees see the future of your company.

 Tied

Time : 30 to 45 minutes

Number of participants: 4 – 10 people (in group)

Tools needed: Ropes or shoelaces

Rules : In this activity, divide the groups platoon into teams of 2 to 4. Form the members in circles facing each other. the other and use rope or shoe strings to tie your hands. So, give them a task that they must complete together with their hands tied. Some examples of tasks you can use are:

 Make a sandwich.

Tie a ribbon.

Navigate through an obstacle course.

Complete a puzzle.

Because everyone’s hands are tied, it will take effort from each person to complete the task.

 Goal : With this exercise, you can increase their creativity and force them to think outside the box.
